Controls, Air filters, all systems were found to be in compliance and properly installed.

Wiring Method Non-Metallic Cable, Sub-panel located near on the exterior near the cooling unit.
Interior; Doors (Entry), Doors (Int.), Windows Aluminum, Interior Walls are drywall, Ceiling are drywall, floors covered with carpet, Fireplace Prefabricated gas operational
Unit, ceiling Fans, Smoke Detector responds, these systems mention are all in compliance and serviceable at the time of this Home Inspection.
Garage ; floor, Wall/Ceiling –Attic access , Exterior Door , Vehicle Door ,Automatic Opener ,Electrical , Laundry Piping(water & waste ) ,electrical outlet operational ,240 volt outlet operational , these system checks are all working and in compliance at the time of the Home Inspection.

The over all physical conditions of this newly Built Home appears to be serviceable, and in compliance with building code requirements.
