A professional home inspection can identify major problem areas before you buy, so you can avoid unpleasant surprises after your purchase.

I perform a visual inspection of the structure, as well as an operational check of it's various systems. I evaluate their current condition and life expectancy. My home inspections often reveal defects that even the seller is not aware of.

I use "state of the art" electronic equipment such as; receptacle / GFCI analyzer, thermometer, carbon monoxide / combustible gas detector, moisture detector, voltage detector, ampere meter, and infrared laser thermometer.

By following me around the home, observing and asking questions, you will learn how various systems operate and get valuable maintenance tips, information that will be of helpful to you after you've moved in.

My home inspections are performed in accordance with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. My home inspections meet or exceed the Standards of Practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI).

Our average time for a home inspection is generally 3 hours. Depending on the age, size, particular features of the home, and other structures, the inspection can last longer.

At the conclusion of the home inspection I provide you with a verbal summary of areas of concern and a completed Home Inspection Report, which describes the house and any deficiencies that were found during the inspection.

The knowledge you gain during the inspection, coupled with the inspection report information, will give you, the home buyer, the knowledge and confidence to make a sound decision in the purchase of your new home.

I can roll your home inspection costs into your closing.. YOU PAY NOTHING OUT OF POCKET!
